Welcome to the official website of Achira Clinics. By accessing this website or booking services through it, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
1. Medical Suitability & Consultation
All treatments provided by Achira Clinics — including aesthetic, dermatology, and dentistry services — are subject to a mandatory medical consultation to ensure suitability.
Clients with any contraindications (such as certain skin conditions, recent tanning, specific medications, dental health concerns, or other health conditions) may be deemed unsuitable for certain procedures.
Where a client is deemed ineligible for a particular treatment, alternative options may be offered, which may incur additional charges.
2. Eligibility & Discount Policy
Discounts, promotional offers, and package deals advertised by Achira Clinics are available to the general public, unless otherwise specified.
To redeem a discount or promotional offer, clients must meet any clearly stated eligibility criteria and present any required documentation if applicable (e.g., special partner offers).
Discounts and promotional offers are non-combinable with other offers, loyalty programs, or packages unless explicitly stated by Achira Clinics.
3. Pricing & VAT
Aesthetic treatments are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE tax laws.
Dental treatments are currently exempt from VAT, subject to the prevailing regulations.
Any additional services, products, or areas not included in a purchased package will incur separate charges.
4. Booking & Session Scheduling
Advance booking is required for all treatments.
If a package contains multiple sessions with a validity period, all sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
Clients are advised to follow the recommended treatment schedule provided by Achira Clinics for optimal results.
5. Terms of Use
Non-Transferability: Packages, sessions, and promotional offers are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or client to whom they were issued.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative treatments.
6. Offer Validity & Clinic Rights
All offers and promotions are subject to specific validity periods, which will be communicated at the time of booking or promotion.
Achira Clinics reserves the right to:
Refuse treatment to any individual who does not comply with clinic policies or who is deemed unsuitable after medical consultation.
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion, package, or treatment offering at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
7. Legal Compliance
Achira Clinics operates in accordance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
